This article explains how to import your agents from Kustomer to your babelforce account. Note that we also refer to this process as "synching" agents, because the Kustomer ID of the imported agents are added to the babelforce agent that is created. This is the key to being able to automate processes like assigning tickets to the agent automatically and many more workflows.

If you haven't added your Kustomer integration yet, head over to this article.

Once the integration is added, go to

Integrated processes > Integrations

and click on the small loupe button of the Kustomer integration.

You will see a list of all available agents in your Kustomer account:

Select the agents you want to import and press "Synchronize Users" to add the respective agents to the babelforce agent set.

If any of the agents you try to add already exists in the agent list (their phone number or the email of the specific agent is not unique in babelforce), you will receive an error message. These agents will therefore not be synchronised. You can fix the issue either by changing or deleting the already existing agent in babelforce or the agent in Kustomer.

Next steps: Each agent just needs to request a password reset for that agent/user email address.
