Agents can easily be given access to predefined dashboards in Manager. The setup only requires a few quick steps: assigning the right roles, allowing access, and sharing the dashboard link.
Follow the instructions below to set this up:
1. Assign the "Reporter" role to the agent
Go to User Management in Manager.
Add the additional role "Reporter" to the agent alongside their existing Agent role.
With both roles, the agent automatically gets access to predefined dashboards.

2. Allow access to the dashboard
Open the desired dashboard.
Change the setting to "Allow users".
Select the agents who should have access.

3. Share the dashboard link
Copy the URL of the babelDesk view.
Share the link with the agents.
When logging in to Manager for the first time, agents can use Forgot password to create a login (we recommend setting the same password as for babelConnect).
Once logged in, the agent will only see the babelDesk area they’ve been granted access to (as shown in the example below).
