Capture your call flow with one click

Good news for anyone who's ever tried to explain a call flow to a colleague, or wanted to keep a record of a setup before making changes: the babelforce Manager now lets you create a screenshot of your call flow directly from the map view.

Instead of taking multiple screenshots, stitching them together, or trying to squeeze a large flow onto one screen, you can now capture the entire flow in a single click.

Where to find it

Open any call flow in the map view and look for the Download screenshot button in the top right corner of your screen. Click it, and babelforce takes care of the rest.

No need to zoom or align anything

You don't have to worry about zooming in, zooming out, or repositioning your modules before taking the screenshot. babelforce automatically captures the complete flow for you — no matter how large or spread out it is.

This makes it easy to:

• Share your call flow with colleagues who don't have access to the Manager
• Document your setup before making changes
• Keep a visual record of your automations for training or handover purposes
