In this section, we will provide you with essential insights and considerations for building your initial call flows and automations. This concise tutorial will guide you through the crucial details required for designing your telephony processes effectively.

The first part focuses on the fundamental yet challenging task of determining your requirements and translating them into a tangible plan. We will provide practical examples illustrating how your initial call flows and integration drafts could be structured.

Moving on to the second part, we offer an introduction to visually representing the processes outlined in the previous section. Starting with basic flows, we will guide you step-by-step on how to create your own visual representations. While we recommend using the open process mapping language BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), you are free to choose any process language and mapping tool that you find comfortable.

The third and final part of this section presents practical tips for identifying the necessary audio files (prompts) and effectively managing them. It emphasizes the importance of thoroughly understanding your audio prompts before commencing the flow-building process.

We invite you to explore the first section of the babelforce Tutorial and enhance your understanding of call flow design.
