System requirements for agent's PC's

The minimum requirements for an agent's PC to guarantee good audio quality are:

• Operating System: Windows 10 (higher than 10.0.19041), Windows 11, or macOS (latest version).
  Linux is also possible but is not actively tested.
• Memory: At least 4 GB RAM, 8 GB RAM recommended (especially if additional applications are used alongside the browser and MS Teams)
• CPU: At least a dual-core processor (quad-core processor recommended)
• Browser: Google Chrome is mandatory (as the babelconnect application is developed and tested exclusively for this browser)
• Network connection: Stable Wi-Fi; however, an Ethernet (wired) network connection is recommended to ensure good voice quality and stable communication

For WebRTC / Bria Softphone, the minimum requirements are sufficient.

For MS Teams we recommend using the higher of the recommended specifications. 
While it does also work with the minimum requirements, this may lead to performance issues, 
especially if additional third-party applications are running on the PC at the same time.
