- Agents & babelConnect - adding agents and groups and learn about the babelConnect integrations
- Queues - why you need them and how to edit them
The two latter topics are very easy and hands-on. They will be important for your operations team for the daily operation. We will link to other articles that will help you understand your options further.
After this introduction, we will move on to the first basic call flow in section 2.
