So before you can get your hands on setting up your first call flow, you will have to go through some theory to understand the different platform functionalities.
Section 1 will introduce:
- Application modules - the kit you build your call flow with
- Trigger - a first basic introduction
- Agents & babelConnect - how to add agents and add groups as well as a short introduction to the babelConnect integration
- Queues - why you need them and how to edit them
Especially the two latter topics will link to a number of further articles that help you understand your options further.
After this introduction we will move on to the the first basic call flow in section 2.
