1.0 - Application modules, triggers, agents and queues

So before you can get your hands on setting up your first call flow, you will have to go through some theory to understand the different platform functionalities.

Section 1 will introduce:

  • Application modules - the kit you build your call flow with
  • Trigger - a first basic introduction
  • Agents & babelConnect - how to add agents and add groups as well as a short introduction to the babelConnect integration
  • Queues - why you need them and how to edit them

Especially the two latter topics will link to a number of further articles that help you understand your options further.

After this introduction we will move on to the the first basic call flow in section 2.
