You want to see tickets that you or someone from your team raised with the babelforce team? No problem at all! We use Zendesk ask ticketing system and they offer this feature out of the box.
- First, request a reset link here (only works via Chrome!): https://babelforce.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/password_reset?auth_origin=3028226%2Ctrue%2Ctrue&brand_id=3028226&return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fhelp.babelforce.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us&theme=hc
Once you logged in, click on your name on the top right and select "Requests"
From there, you can see all the tickets as well as their status with the babelforce team. You can also directly reply from this view by clicking on the ticket's subject.
You want to see all tickets raised by your organization? No problem! Just get in touch with support@babelforce.com or directly open a request via your ticket login. We can make this feature available for you and for any other person within your organization.
