In the manager app, you just have to route a telephone number to an application in order to be able to handle inbound calls.
In the example below, there is already an application called "OV-ENG 1.0 - Queue Support". All you have to do it select the application in the drop down list and the number shown will then route inbound calls to that application.
That's it. You can do this for any number that you have purchased or that is registered with babelforce for your account. You can also route more than one number to the same application.
All routing rules and dynamic call distribution is then handled by the application modules and the other modules that the call is routed through in the call flow that you create and manage yourself.
