In this article, however, we want to introduce you to our so called "Simple Reporting". The name might be misleading. It is not a short but reveals much relevant information about a call, focusing on aggregated data that can be used for creating KPIs. The reason we call it "simple" is due to the fact that a per call you only have one entry (opposite to the other reporting discussed above).
